Guardian-managed accounts
People under 18 cannot register themselves. A parent or guardian — after verifying their email — creates the child's account in the Family Center and authorizes it by re-entering their password and accepting the child account terms. We never ask for a child's email or phone number.
Mandatory age groups
We calculate the age group on our servers from the date of birth (0–5, 6–9, 10–12, 13–15, 16–17, 18+). Each group has allowed and forbidden features; guardians can tighten them but cannot unlock forbidden ones.
No unsolicited contact
Adults outside the family cannot find, message or invite children to games. Contact between children requires guardian approval and is limited to nearby age groups.
Turning 18
The account holder and guardian are notified; adult features unlock only after accepting the terms and verifying an own email (phone optional). No previously private content is published automatically.
